Shipping Policy

We ship from Jiangsu, China. Because our products are custom made, production time is about 15 business days after all order details are confirmed.

Delivery lead time is also about 15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, force majeure, remote area delivery, or local import procedures.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, paying any applicable duties or local fees, and completing any customs requirements. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned parcels, or extra charges caused by incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs clearance.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs, any reshipment cost will be the customer's responsibility.
